Where is the hidden download?

I see videos of people supposedly have this on their steam library (Steam says it isn't out). There's no link on the website here. Yet people are asking questions and for tutorials.

the game was open for dev preview for a number of years, now that release is closing in, that dev preview has now been closed. you'll have to wait until the release date.
