The Clone Wars AV-7 artillery cannon for Galaxy Wars RP. Hover it into place, plant its four legs, and lay the gun by hand on targets up to 942 metres away, with macrobinoculars for your spotters.
Description
The AV-7 Antivehicle Cannon is Taim & Bak’s heavy artillery piece for one clone gunner, made for Galaxy Wars RP.
- Hover and plant: with its legs folded, it glides on its repulsorlift. Stop and press Space: the legs step out, the feet plant one by one and the body settles onto them. Press Space again to fold up and move on.
- Laid by hand: nothing aims the gun for you. A and D traverse the turret all the way round, and W and S elevate the gun. Taps make fine adjustments and holding speeds up. Shift switches between the full charge (out to 942 m) and the low charge (about 290 m, for a steep arc over cover).
- Targeting computers: three live screens at the gunner’s seat. One shows a radar and grid map with 100 m squares and the gun’s reach. Another gives the target’s range, bearing and grid reference. The third is a firing table for both charges. Read them and set the elevation yourself.
- Macrobinoculars for spotters: every trooper carries a pair. Hold right click to look through them and left click to mark a target. The mark appears on every AV-7’s targeting computer, and the gunner accepts it with right click as a fire mission.
