- Every tile now carries loot. A new field crate lane keeps up to ten boxes standing on each tile of your world, with the starting tile a little richer so a fresh spawn still has tools in reach. Before this, every loot box in a grown world sat on the starting tile.
- Looted ground restocks itself. Once a tile is down to its last few crates, a fresh wave lands in different spots a couple of minutes later, so a lived-in world keeps giving instead of going quiet.
- Field crates roll their contents when you open them, using the same tables as dig and boss crates, so a brand-new guest and a veteran both get something worth the walk.
- The reason all loot clustered on the starting tile: crate placement measured every position with the starting tile's ruler, so crates meant for the whole world all landed on tile one. Positions now come from each tile's own grid.
