Security cameras now use conditional activation near the Security Monitor.

⚠️ Known Issues
Security camera feeds update only when the player is near the monitor, so they may appear frozen when viewed from far away. This is intentional for performance.
Some broader polish tasks are still planned, including localization audit, lobby privacy checks, expanded community links, credits, and copy-link feedback.
