The city is full of civilian traffic, and the criminals must use it to keep out of suspicion. The police know jobs are going down, but must keep a close eye on who to go after.

- Interceptor - Pursuit Boost - Get a short, violent burst of speed
- Enforcer - Spike Strip - Throw a spike strip ahead, or look back to drop it behind
- Barricade - Concrete Barriers - Drop three concrete barriers behind you, closing three lanes
- Grappler - The Grappler - Deploy a net on your bumper; it snags the wheels of the first car you ram
- Traffic Cop - Traffic Camera - Mount a camera on the nearest traffic light that alerts to suspicious activity
CRIMINALS
- Chameleon - Quick Respray - Instantly spray paint your car another color
- Smuggler - Oil Slick - Drop a patch of oil behind you
- Trickster - Glitch Dart - Fire a dart that makes a car accelerate and swerve wildly
- Phantom - Smoke Screen - Release a thick cloud of smoke; nobody sees into or through it: no tells, no arrests, no cameras
- Mechanic - Toolbox - Drop a toolbox that repairs nearby criminals
