Insane Aquarium (Alpha) is a fast-paced aquarium sim for s&box where you build a thriving underwater economy while surviving escalating chaos. Inspired by the Pop Cap Classic of the same name.
Buy fish, feed them, and collect treasure drops to grow your income. Upgrade tools, unlock pets, and progress through multiple tanks while defending your ecosystem from alien invasions. The core loop is playable now, with active development focused on expanding fish variety, tank content, and progression depth.
Current alpha features include:

Add more fish types per tank, unique growth paths, and new drop behaviors to create clearer strategic choices. - Tank 2 Completion

Introduce a full third tank with new fish, stronger alien pressure, and late-game economy pacing. - Upgrade Depth
Replace placeholder upgrade slots with real fish and pet upgrades (speed, value, survivability, utility). - Balance + Polish
