To find the log in Steam, right-click s&box in your Library, select Manage > Browse local files, then open logs/sbox.log.
Please also tell us whether the error appears before the title screen or after clicking Enter world, and which operating system you use. Submit the screenshot and log through the private report form rather than public chat. You can select English for English bot responses.
