Knockout Format

I finally added the option to play a knockout format, with brackets that take into account any number of players. It's pretty rough sometimes, with some known problems, but it works and you can finally enjoy the game in more than one way. This mode supports simultaneous matches handled by the host, so you can have a match against an opponent and two other player playing on a separate board without interfering. This has been a networking challenge until now, but after the reformatting in 0.2.6, now it is possible!

Thank you for enjoying the game! I will continue adding the features, even though they will be more sparse, now that I got this giant out of the way. By the way, the new format supports up to 32 players, so make sure you call all your friends and put your skills to a real test!
