In its current state its basically TDM which is okay if you wanted to make a seperate TDM mode, but if this is going to be truely Cops vs. Robbers there needs to be a stop gap to prevent Cops from just RDMing the Robbers until they commit a crime.
A few other suggestions:
-Cops should have a different selection of weapons they start with and can buy later on
-I would also say to add non-lethal options for Cops (tasers, handcuffs, pepper spray, etc.) and incentivize them in a "Dead or Alive" bounty system.
-Robbers should be off the radar until they leave a certain radius of the store with stolen goods in hand. The map is rather small, but cops can basically camp outside of known heist areas and can see Robbers coming from a mile away anyways. Unless there are NPCs that players can blend in with, Robbers need a way to start heists that don't always immediately tip off the Cops before walking into the building.
Also, remove the GenAI from the Achievement images and anywhere else. It'd honestly be more enticing and endearing to see you draw 5 second stick figures in Gimp or MSPaint than use GenAI.
