[2026-07-04] New NPC: Rod Smith - dismantle unused rods for salvage material, then forge 5 unique mystic rods from secret-lake legendary fish + material + gold
[2026-07-05] Fish Merchant, Bait Master, and Export Merchant now each hand out their own daily quest tied to what they do - sell fish, buy bait, or export goods. Hit ACCEPT at the NPC to start it, then come back and CLAIM for gold and XP
[2026-07-05] Accepted NPC quests now also show up in the Tablet's Progression tab, below the Daily Quests
[2026-07-05] Station Dealer now also hands out a daily quest: either process a bunch of items at your stations, or deliver a few finished packaged goods straight to him
[2026-07-05] Market Broker: browse tab now has filters for item type and rarity, plus sort by newest/price
[2026-07-05] Auto rods now show how much total gold they've earned on their display screen
[2026-07-05] Compass now points toward Stone Island; only shows the 5 closest points of interest so it doesn't get cluttered
[2026-07-05] Added a welcome popup on joining, asking players to leave a rating and share feedback/bug reports
[2026-07-05] New feature: daily login rewards. Log in each day for gold, XP, bait, or a free case — a 7-day streak builds up to a bigger reward on day 7, and misses reset the streak.
[2026-07-05] Gold icon changed from a diamond to a coin everywhere in the UI (shops, HUD, tablet, quests)
