Last Shift v1.0.5 ( Less dying , More Working )
v1.0.5
17 June 2026
🎁 Added
  • Permanent Upgrades Are Live! Spend your hard-earned Special Credits to permanently boost your Stamina, Speed, Stamina Recovery, Carry Capacity, or Flashlight properties. Escaping the hydraulic press just got a tiny bit easier!
🪛 Fixed
  • No More Turtle Speeds (Speed Upgrade Sync)
  • Some of you were buying speed upgrades and still running like turtles. We fixed the client-server sync; speed upgrades now actually apply to your legs. Run, workers, run!
  • Blind-free Death Screen
  • When a shift was lost and the press came to crush you, we used to cover your entire screen with a massive red warning, blinding you (admittedly, a bit unfair). Now, you can actually see where you're running until you get crushed. Enjoy your final seconds!
  • The Weight of the Departed
  • If a teammate holding an item died or disconnected, the item's weight stayed divided and permanently feather-light. Now, the weight of the departed will be properly distributed back onto the shoulders of the survivors.
  • Blocked Item Build-up in Locked Rooms
  • Spawners inside locked rooms used to spawn items and stack them up before you even opened the door. Now, not a single piece of trash will spawn in a room you haven't paid for.
  • The timer board used to re-render 60+ times per second, making your computers cry. It now updates only once per second. Your FPS will thank us.
  • Fixed instances where the game would randomly desktop-crash while opening doors, starting the game, or hanging in the lobby.
  • Remember: You are the most valuable asset to LS-CORP... Just kidding, the trash you crush is worth way more. Have a great shift!
⚠️ Known Issues
  • Multiplayer Synchronization (We See It, We're On It!)
  • Management claims that "the network issues build character," but we know some of you are still experiencing desync problems during shifts. We are actively tracking these multiplayer synchronization bugs and working hard behind the scenes to iron them out. Thank you for your patience while we fix the infrastructure!
