Needs work, could be promising. So far your run-of-the-mill survivor wave game.
Bugs :
- Monsters can spawn on us and hurt us instantly if we're close to the doors
- One time I started at 75HP, I have no clue why it happened but it was frustrating
Suggestions :
- The PS1/early 2000 3D style is nice but the sci-fi/futuristic UI completely clashes wit it and feels AI-made
I'd much rather see one that feels retro too just like the rest of the game. Also the buttons location isn't good.
- The initial start time is a bit too long, you often die early game and having to wait 1 0-15 second of "nothing" isn't fun
- Give a small delay before opening the menu to select new perks, we often end up clicking to kill a monster and end up purchasing something/pressing the reroll button by accident
- I only managed to get 600 kills so far, very far away from the 4500 required to unlock the first new class/character. I'd really suggest reducing that to a small number like 500 or so just so that we can quickly try out new stuff.
- The lift perk/ability is utterly pointless and suicidal : I have yet to figure out what it does, the only thing I see is that it makes the character stuck into place and you end up taking a TON of damage
- Speaking of damage you really need to nerf the poison thingy, it's overly OP especially early game because it hits you out of nowhere.
- Reduce the "quickwave" radius thing to only the inner walls of the portal, sometimes the next wave started before I could purchase new stuff only because I finished the previous one next to the portal
