Luck & chance - every percentage chance on a card shows the modified chance value based on how much luck you have

Briefcase reward UX - added a uniform clickable area around the models so precise clicks aren't necessary to perform a selection

Hints - added situational hints to help disambiguate potentially confusing UI interactions (ex. "Nothing left to do. Give up." appears over the quota monitor if its likely a player is out of actions and stuck wondering what to do next)
