Solitaire goes multiplayer with Duolitaire, a brand-new real-time duel mode now available from the main menu alongside the classic Solitaire experience.

The concept: two players race on the exact same deal, simultaneously, for up to 8 minutes. Same shuffle, same opening hand, but only one winner. The scoring formula combines cards moved to the foundations, number of moves played, and time elapsed — victory rewards both speed and elegant play.

How it works: from the main menu, click Duolitaire to open the lobby browser. You can instantly join an open public lobby, create your own public room visible to everyone, or host a private room and invite a friend through the Steam overlay (Shift+Tab). Once both players are present and ready, a countdown launches the match.

Key features:

• ⏱️ 8-minute matches with live display of the timer and your opponent's score
• 🏆 Sudden death: the first player to complete all 4 foundations wins instantly
• ⛔ Automatic stuck detection: if a player runs out of useful moves, they see a notification and wait for the other to finish. If both players are stuck, the match ends and the highest score wins
• 💡 5 hints allocated per match to help you when you hesitate
• 🌍 Localized in 6 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese
