Lawn Scare game · 2 Years Ago Recommended
Great vibe, style, and mechanics. I couldn't finish the hedge trimming task yet the hedge looked fully clean even on the edges (a bug I think?). Will have to give it another go, but great work so far! The mower can be a little difficult to use on edges and then seemed to have completed the task with more than half the job to go (maybe because I decided to mow diagonally and at speed - something I wish my own mower could do!), in this regard I think mowing could be improved especially when the mower gets caught on edges which stops the mower activity if you walk too far. Other gameplay improvements would be a control on the hose to reset back to position (to tidy it up after use), being able to disengage a held tool like I can with items rather than dumping them for the next tool/item, being able to move chairs, hidden task achievement for keeping everything tidy and finally, an ending after all the ghoul chaos?

Headbob can feel a little nauseating. Single player pushes you into quite a fast paced environment in comparison to the tutorial. First person cooking game with physics is much harder than you'd think

I'm unable to progress past 7s. There seems to be no way to escape the avalanche

I like the idea. I think the black/white scheme works well but the tied down people could've been better. It can get a bit old quickly because the premise of the trolley problem seems more interesting with more philosophical approaches. However, the business (fuel) / farmers (food) means I would be very biased towards farmers to save on fuel to keep surviving as a character as that seems to be the most depleting metric in the game.
