I am unable to interact with any of the ingame panels/menus like selling and upgrading. I can press E to focus on the panel and my mouse cursor unlocks but the ingame cursor on the panel stays in the middle and nothing can be clicked on. Also when I drag my mouse cursor over the screen I can hear random "button being focused and unfocused" click sounds in multiple places outside of the actual panel buttons, some maybe some other invisible menu is interfering with panels?
