Genuine blast to play, ticks off all the boxes.
No real complaints, the only feedback if any (atleast in my opinion) is the following
1. I feel as if the flashlight should just have unlimited usage and not need to be off for X secs in order to recharge.
I'm just thinking in terms of gameplay flow and how the player needs to always keep moving forward at a decent pace in order to avoid the "void" as its called in the game.
The player having to wait for the flashlight to recharge for a few moments breaks that flow imo unless they decide to just spin around a pitch dark room and mash the E key in order to pickup what may or may not be there.
2. Again with the flow thing but maybe add a status effect indicator to the HUD whenever a player takes a drug so that they'll immediately know what effects are active without having to ESC away during gameplay; Again just a gameplay flow suggestion.
Ignoring my two points above, this is a solid game either way, legitimately fantastic!
