It's an obby but with S&Box physics, which S&Box platforming really needs more work or customization on the developer's part. Either way, this particular one is designed specifically to be inspired by Roblox obbies, which are the worst kind of obbies. Making it more like classical obbies, like the kind you may find in old Source maps would be more fun. Such as climbing rocks, different themed rooms, and simple enough jumping from one thing to the other without needing to struggle with S&Box's jumping physics. Also incentives to do so, like getting to see sexy art at the end of each level or something.
