Nobody likes the Terrys. The internet calls them sausages. Strangers throw tomatoes. The giant face in the sky is visibly disgusted. But the Terrys have a plan: grow the cutest garden the world has ever seen, and maybe, just maybe, people will stop hating them.

What you do

  • Plant carrots, Emotional Cabbages, Smug Pumpkins, Eyeberry Bushes, Hot Dog Trees and a Moon Melon that only grows when nobody is looking, on a floating terraced island
  • Harvest, water and weed with a click, or hold and sweep across a whole row
  • Pop the mean comments raining down from the Comments Section, or bonk the cloud itself until it leaves the chat
  • Turn all that hate into compost, and the compost into upgrades
  • Raise new terraces out of the void and grow baby Terrys from sprouts (yes, from the ground)
  • Decorate with gnomes, a duck pond, a fan mailbox and a Golden Terry. Drag anything around, press R to turn it
  • Climb public opinion from "Universally Despised" all the way to "TERRY SUPREMACY"

Every Terry is somebody

  • Six personalities: the Overachiever works faster, the Dramatic one faints when hit, the Sleepy one naps anywhere, the Show-off dances until you notice, the Anxious one panics about the cloud, and the Sunny one stays positive even in the void
  • Name them. Rename them. Terry McTerryface is right there
  • Pet them (they count every headpat), comfort the sad ones, carry them around, or yeet them into the void (don't worry, they float back on a heart balloon)
  • Secret admirers send fan mail to your Terrys by name, and they get to read it themselves

Come back to a ripe garden (and presents)

Crops keep growing while you're away. Close the game, come back later, and the Terrys will be waiting (nervously) next to a garden full of ripe vegetables, ready for a big harvest.

They also make you gifts while you're gone: a drawing of you, a carrot with googly eyes named Gary, a very good pebble, one sock. There are 10 to collect on the gift shelf, and the Terrys you pet the most are the likeliest to make them.

Also

  • Cozy PSX-style visuals and a top-down diorama camera
  • Love letters from secret fans, and a newspaper that reports every time public opinion improves (slightly)
  • The Terrys notice when you're playing at 3am
  • A main menu where the Quit button runs away from you
Don't hate the Terrys. They're trying their best.
