hierarchy changes

colour code and bold stuff in the scene hierarchy so u can actually find things in a big scene

- view > hierarchy changes opens the palette
- select one or more objects in the hierarchy, click a colour. 6 to pick from

- middle click a row to expand/collapse it. selection stays put and whatever's open inside stays open
