The government system received a full initial implementation. The mayor now has a dedicated computer for changing laws, and a few voting terminals are placed in the hotel lobby for elections.

The mayor can set laws, including weapon prohibition and tax rates. When the mayor is offline, a deputy mayor can take over.

Current term is one week, after which a new election is held. If the mayor is offline for 48 hours, a new election starts automatically.
The police force now has a police car. It has emergency lights and sirens, and officers can force handcuffed players into the back seat (still quite buggy!).
The spray paint system broke last year due to the removal of dynamic expressions, but I finally found a way around it. You can now freely paint cars again. You can also paint with the C menu open, unlocking the mouse.
A new BusinessWorker NPC system lets businesses automate their crafting stations. Workers and clerks are now distinct roles. Workers can be assigned specific recipes and modifiers via a UI panel.

Staff appearance can now be fully customizable, no longer locked to the woman with the gray shirt.
Added these silly time-wasters. The stacker one has cash prizes business owners can set up.
A knife can now be used for recipes that require slicing, like burger buns and cucumbers. You no longer need to craft each slice separately on the cutting board.
I added an initial slideshow of useful information for beginners, and removed the farming quest from the initial tutorial line. It is now found in the wholesale business center when you speak to the vendor, which players should find quite easily.
I managed to make a system where I can import mixamo animations, so you can now twerk.
