Nerves now has a new fifth rank that prevents stress from your own gunfire.

Rework of player UI and menus!

Reworked how bleeds work along with food and water consumption: wounds now stack, stamina recovery uses hydration, and stress recovery uses up food. Recovering is hungry work!
