Bug - review score displayed inconsistently

Noticed this inconsistency earlier this night - The review score in a game's thumbnail doesn't line up with the score on the reviews page.

Seems like the score counts "Recommended" as a 100%, "promising" as a 50%, and "Needs improvement" as a 0%, then averages those scores together for a total, which is displayed on the reviews page.

...But the score that appears when hovering over a game's thumbnail scores much lower - seems like it counts "promising" as a 0% score there.

As an example, Dead Weight displays both a 33% and 67% review score, depending on where you check it from.

i mean the game is trying to steer players to try promising games, a 67% is pretty low, with a third of the players disliking the game. i think it's fair to show either. games with a high positive rating should be shown the positive rating and the latter should be shown the negative. imo, why should the platform push a game as 67% positive when a large majority dislike the game, then its really just wasting a bunch of players time.
