Why do these forums suck?

we can't even browse our own posts / activity in the forums, it is missing a lot of "forums" stuff!! feels painful to use, lots of suggestions but that's the most critical right now...
maybe a forums tab on each users profile?

Why are some names green and some blue? Does green mean, that this person is online?
Compared to, for example the Godot forum, this forum seems to be missing quite some features. And I'm not talking about getting achievements etc.
