Added my first Entity [Ru/En]

Added my first entity, the Megumin Staff! 🔥
There was a mod in GMod, and I really wanted to try porting it here.

Now it's a full-fledged weapon: you cast a spell... and BOOM 💥
I'm very happy with how it turned out.
