  • Added the Lackey Satchel system with a 5-tier book hotbar and carrying limits.
  • Added manual book placement mode: pick up books into the satchel first, then select a tier to place books on shelves.
  • Added Lackey Outfitter with Ink upgrades for satchel capacity and movement speed.
  • Added Lackey Binder for batch book upgrades with timed crafting and manual claiming.
🧼 Improved
  • Improved book pickup and shelf placement flow to make organizing shelves easier.
  • Improved the hotbar, Lackey Outfitter, Lackey Binder, and Ledger UI.
  • Improved save/load support for new satchel, upgrade, and binder progress.
🪛 Fixed
  • Fixed missing UI icons in the published version.
  • Fixed hotbar visibility while the Ledger is open.
  • Fixed several interaction issues around placement previews, outlines, and upgrade claiming.
🚯 Removed
  • Removed the old single-book upgrade table flow in favor of the new Lackey Binder system.

  • We are still tuning upgrade costs, pacing, and UI polish based on player feedback.
