+The game is promising, The Shooting Range and Parkour could get an higher tier challenge +If the players achieve a certain threshold or achived something, they could vote to change the difficulty of those events +To get more rewards and to make more ppl play this game - But only the higher tier players could make a vote to change, cause if everyone would be able to vote to get higher diff the rewards afterwards would be less rare, making the shooting range or parkour minigames boring and with no progress or too easy to get money on -If more ppl are playing this game / online and not afk, there could be a daily challenge for everyone to complete, to then get really rare loot or everyone on the server could get the reward and only players in it could get it, if you are not there and the conditions are met, you won't get the reward + - If clothes or pets could get a set effect, 5% or 10% etc more in the minigames it could verywell be the best move so that ppl keeps playing

The game currently feels a bit rough around the edges, but I'm sure that will be fixed with updates. Personally, I miss some chill music in the hub in general, and the sound of footsteps in complete silence is unnerving. On my first run, it's unclear what they want from me (but that's already been fixed). Otherwise, everything is nicely done: animations, performance, balance, the map itself is pleasing to the eye. Overall, the author is great, keep trying.
