City Hall now has an interactive safebox that can be cracked with a lockpick. Once the lock is broken, the vault opens and reveals physical loot inside: marked cash and gold resources appear directly in the safe.
Walk up to the loot, hold E, and it becomes a real inventory item. The loot moves through the normal backpack, world drop and body loot systems, so getting it out is only half the job.
A new Info Broker NPC has been added for the heist.
You can pay the broker for City Hall intel before making a move. The panel reveals the estimated take, city-wide heat, and your personal cooldown so you know whether the window is open or if the place is still too hot.
If you escape with City Hall loot, bring it back to the broker to cash it in. Marked cash, gold bars and loot bags are all handled through the inventory, then converted into money when delivered.
The heist can pull from the City Hall treasury or from a fixed configured payout, depending on server settings.
Admins can tune min/max payouts, treasury fraction, global cooldown, per-player cooldown, blocked jobs, loot visibility tiers and broker pricing through the new heist config.
