Legacy of Pirates carries a lot of the legacy of our older projects, ideas, systems, and experiments from games we worked on in other engines that never got the chance to see the light of day.
That makes this project especially meaningful to us. In many ways, it is a combination of years of attempts, lessons, prototypes, and ideas finally coming together in one game.

We want Legacy of Pirates to keep growing.
Our goal is to continue updating the game with new enemies, monuments, weapons, bosses, gameplay systems, performance improvements, visual improvements, and much more.
We don't want development to stop after a few days or months. There is still a lot we want to experiment with, improve, and add over time.
Legacy of Pirates is a co-op survival roguelite set on procedurally generated islands filled with resources, enemies, mysteries, and ancient ruins.
Explore procedurally generated islands and different biomes.
Gather resources and craft tools, weapons, food, and equipment.
Build your own base.
Fish for resources and rewards.
Find and open Power Chests to become stronger during your run.
Activate Power Totems, defeat their guardians, and earn new powers.
Fight skeletons, wild boars, dodos, and the legendary Gullinbursti.
Face Medusa, currently the game's main boss.
Repair your ship and prepare to escape the island.
Experience a dynamic day and night cycle.
Survive rain, thunderstorms, lightning, cyclones, and volcanic activity.
Explore a dynamic ocean with waves and changing weather.
