The game used to force-download 90+ cosmetic packages before you could play. That's gone. Core gameplay assets load first (17 packages), and cosmetics stream in the background while you're already on the main menu. A progress indicator shows the status. First load should be seconds instead of minutes now.
Watermelons were hard to spot, especially at speed. Two fixes:
Highlight outline: Watermelons now have an orange glow outline (using s&box's HighlightOutline system) that intensifies as they get closer. They also get a brighter tint so they pop against any background or lighting condition.
Warning indicator: A 🍉▶ warning appears near Terry whenever a watermelon is incoming. It pulses and grows as the obstacle gets closer. You'll never be surprised by one again. [This needs improving though]
Hold Tab during gameplay to view leaderboards without leaving your run. Tabs for Score, Coins, Distance, and Daily Challenges. Game pauses while you look, resumes when you release.
