Management offices - a new business for commercial and retail buildings. From company level 3 a company looks after five buildings per city by itself, every building beyond that needs a management office in the same city or it decays twice as fast

Looked after buildings - a management office opens at company level 2, needs no licence and looks after three of your buildings per level. Those decay much slower and cost 30 % less to repair, for a fee of 0.03 % of their value per hour

Grace period - companies that already have more buildings in a city than that get seven days before anything decays faster

Premium research - Craftsmanship, Brand and Global brand make premium goods sell dearer too

Property managers - new research: every management office looks after four buildings per level instead of three

Inbox messages - the Inbox has a Messages filter now. News about what is coming to the game lands there and stays until you have read it, even if you were away for days

Free research slot - when a research finishes and a slot stands free, the Inbox says so, with a button that takes you straight to the research tree
