  • Much calmer pace — base fall speed and the difficulty ramp slowed substantially; diving is now the way to go fast. Far less disorienting.
  • Readability — hazards are dark with bright red rims, safe lanes glow green, and the camera sits back and looks further down the shaft so you see what's coming.
  • Gates reworked — thinner walls that no longer block the view of what's behind them, bigger gaps, and a large clear run-out so nothing hides in a wall's shadow.
  • Softer visuals — less screen shake, gentler spin, pastel tunnel colors, fewer wind streaks.
