Pirate Sweep Is Here!

Pirate Sweep is finally here! This level is our first water featured map for S&Box Sweeper! I wanted to have a little gameplay change with it however and see what you guys think! I've added Sharks, Cannon Shooting, and much more fun hazards to dodge while you're trying to win the round! Pirate Sweep does not offer any Throwable Items, so you'll have to use Positioning & Reaction time the maximum so you can end-up being the winner!

Sharks...Why?

Well...Sharks are the King of the Sea, and they don't like Terry anywhere around their home! Making the Sharks work is a lot similar to the UFOs in Invasion Sweep, except they chase you and will bite you out of the Round!

Let me know your thoughts and feedback about the new map! I wanted to do a item-less map for now and see how it was for players to use their positioning and reaction time for a fun map experience for S&Box Sweeper!

  • Network Sync Optimization
  • Code Optimization to help stabilize Player Performance
  • Improved functions to use OnFixedUpdate for Physics-related components for the game
🪛 Fixed
  • Fixed a lot of Network Sync bugs with the Ragdoll Physics
  • Fixed a ton of Network Sync issues with the Throwable Items, they should be much more accurate now!
⚠️ Known Issues
  • On some occurences, when the map goes to Switch Scenes, the game will stall out and not load the Scene. This Needs more Testing / Needs to happen again for confirmation
  • The Camera Collision will be zoomed in and affected by other Players causing Zoom-ins & Zoom-outs when you collide with someone else.
  • The Sweeper at the end of the round will sometimes keep it's last round speed, causing it to be really fast at the start of the next round. This is potentially a Network Sync issue, but it still needs more testing and confirmation
  • There are multiple get out of the playable area Jump spots in Grass Sweep & Facility Sweep
