Options, configuration, and everything about servers will improve over time. Documentation is available here.
Those who reported or reviewed TTT letting us know they were “unable to join any game”, as well as those having difficulty joining servers: TTT gamemode-side problems should be resolved as of today. There are, reportedly, s&box issues with joining any game or server that may persist.
If you're currently hosting a server (despite our attempts to inform people of their broken state) please restart it and review the new documentation.
Dedicated servers, as one might expect, run much more smoothly when packed full of players compared to P2P lobbies, so keep an eye out for them next time you want to join and play!
We've made a large suite of behavioral changes and fixes. They're best experienced and judged in-game and are too numerous and complex to summarize. WIP!
