I'd mainly use this to play Pokemon games. One thing they need, though, is a Real Time Clock. Or at least some Pokemon rom hacks do. I don't think that is supported here, at least not yet. Also, being able to remap controller inputs would be awesome. The input options on S&box don't recognize my controller when I try to change them, but that isn't your fault.
