I can definitely see the vision behind the game, and there’s a solid foundation here, but it feels like it may have been released to the public a bit too early. With more development time, this could turn into something genuinely great. Right now, the gameplay loop becomes repetitive fairly quickly. While the maps change between stages, the core experience does not evolve much alongside them. The stage-to-stage variation feels mostly visual rather than gameplay-driven, so it does not meaningfully change how the game is played. Adding more impactful progression or variation between stages could help keep things engaging over longer sessions. Enemy variety is another area that could use attention. Currently, many enemies feel like reskinned versions of existing ones, which reduces the sense of progression and discovery. Adding new mob types with distinct behaviors, abilities, or attack patterns would significantly improve gameplay depth and player interest. There are also a number of bugs and technical issues that should be prioritized. Polishing these elements will go a long way toward improving overall player experience and first impressions. One additional concern is the implementation of systems that encourage players to remain AFK in order to earn rewards. While these systems can have a place, in their current form they give the impression of prioritizing passive playtime accumulation over active engagement, potentially to drive playfund metrics. Especially within the S&box ecosystem, players are looking for fun, interactive, and engaging experiences rather than idle reward loops. Shifting the focus toward rewarding active gameplay would better align with player expectations and long term retention. This feedback is meant to be constructive. The game has clear potential, but it needs refinement, additional content, and stability improvements to fully realize that vision. With consistent updates and focused iteration, it could absolutely grow into something players will want to come back to, especially with upcoming platform developments and increased visibility.
