Getting there

• The ticket comes once you've had 3 visitors round your house, broken 600 eggs, or hatched once.
• Press I (or the Island button) to sail, and I again to come back. N takes you home. Your helpers keep breaking eggs while you're away.

Fishing

• Aim at the water and click to cast. When the bobber goes right under, click. Miss it and the fish comes back.
• Hold the button to reel it in. That's most of it.
• Big fish run. When the panel says so, let go until it stops, or the line snaps.
• A better rod tames the big ones.

The fish

• 15 kinds to catch, all eggs, more or less: a fried-egg ray, an omelette octopus, a hundred-year-old carp, the Void Bass and two legends.
• Where you cast, the time of day and your bait decide what bites. The island has its own day and night, and stranger things bite in the dark.
• The fish log has a riddle for every fish you haven't caught. Old Yolker, the fisherman on the dock, has tips too.
• Until 12 November, the Jack-o'-Lanternfish. Also boots, and bottles with notes in them.

The tackle box

• Press E on the island (or click the bait hut) for bait and rods, bought with yolk.

Your house

• A new Catches tab in the catalogue: a mount for every kind you catch, with your record on its plate.
• An aquarium once you've caught five kinds. Fish up a boot and it becomes a planter; a bottle goes on a stand.

New achievements

• Gone Fishing: catch a fish.
• Every Fish in the Sea: catch all 15 kinds.
