0.3.1 is a small polish patch sitting on top of The Relationships Update. Mostly tightening what's already there, not adding loads of new stuff although you can pick a theme now.

The game nudges you when you've been in the same job for ages or never gone on a date, because playtest data showed people getting stuck doing both. Couple of real bugs fixed. Four new events to keep the early years from feeling repeated.
