I’m nominating it, but with a very big minus. Pal, I really like the visual style, it’s amazing. The voxel world works perfectly with the models, and I really like the VFX, that’s a huge plus for the game, but there are also a lot of problems. I think it would’ve been better to make a singleplayer game first and add multiplayer later, because then you could’ve spent more time on sound, the guideline, and most importantly, performance.
Very briefly about the guideline, there basically isn’t one. At first I didn’t understand the decision with Tab, then I got it... Just improve the UI and make casting magic faster. A guideline is absolutely necessary, the game starts very suddenly, and at the beginning I almost quit when I thought I had to wait for players in the lobby and there were no bots or any other way to play solo.
Performance... This is where things are really bad, and this is the reason why I’m giving it "Promising". Try talking with AI more about this topic, it’s pretty complicated, but I’m sure it can help you with voxel rendering and physics processing.
Open world, that alone gets a nomination from me, and on top of that it’s my favorite genre, Tower Defense, but where you can destroy enemies yourself instead of only placing turrets. Really cool, well done.
