'F' is assigned once from G.DraftPhase in a field initializer, so after G.SelectStrategyPhase / AddStrategyPhase / DeleteStrategyPhase change the draft's current phase, F still points at the old StrategyPhase and every sidebar edit through Change/Route is applied to that old phase.
