I genuinely loved RPG Monopoly Alpha way too much honestly more than I expected 🎩😌🤌 Across my 4.4 hours of playtime I kept giving the game chance after chance and min maxed everything solo to the extreme. My first run and my last run were true ultimate fire only builds the kind of builds that should easily reach Rank 1 and I still can’t explain why they didn’t. If I ran multi element builds I’d understand losing because lightning can literally destroy my character with its debuff duo to one of the items/skills on the lighting side but with pure fire the only reason I lost was the level reset bug hmmm interesting and I was only able to create this ultimate fire build twice so far 1st when I started playing the game and my last game where I made the build even better than what I created originally. Every time I reached level 999 I got reset back to level 1 which makes pushing the leaderboard impossible. Reaching 999 takes time, effort, and proper optimization so getting reset out of nowhere is insane 🎩🥲👍 I don’t know if it’s a bug or intended but it doesn’t explain how anyone pushes beyond 18-20k billion score let alone the Rank 1 player hitting 44 billion I wonder if rank 1 encountered this bug 🎩🧐🤌 The crazy part is the game itself is actually great: Graphics are solid, audio fits perfectly, the gameplay loop is addictive, and the replayability is way better than I expected. Every run feels different depending on whether I go full elementals or stick to one element based on the flow of the board and the newest update fixing item drops after the endless phase was a nice surprise. But after pushing the game to the absolute extreme the level reset bug destroys any chance of competing seriously. Once you hit level 999 you’re basically flipping a coin on whether the game resets you and if you drop to level 1 against enemies scaling past 999 it’s instantly over... The only temporary fix I can think of is uncapping levels or stopping XP after 999 but even that feels like a band aid fix. After losing Rank 1 twice because of the same bug I lost all interest in try harding. The game is still fun casually or with friends and it has real potential but right now the level reset bug makes serious competition impossible. I’ll wait for a fix or hotfix and once it’s patched I’ll definitely try again
