This game seems to be made entirely for a "top-down view" kinda game, but instead has a thirdperson camera. I think it works up until the point where i cant see enemies spawning behind me, blocking my escape. Might be just me being bad but is what got me 100% of the time. What i liked about this was the progression and flow of the enemies spawning in making certain perks more relevant. I also enjoyed the sound cues for when special ability was ready, but the firewall sound gets pretty annoying in a long session. What i would like to see in the future of the game is either; a better visual for where enemies are around you, so you dont get closed in so easily by sneaky enemies behind your back. Or dedicate spawn points for enemies with sound cues when a new wave spawns in. Also map is boring, the choice to make it third person over the shoulder look is justified when trying to show off the map (the border looks nice!). but there is nothing to fight the monsters in other than flat ground which would make more sense for a top down view. But there is clearly great effort made and the suggestions i made is abyssmal in contrast to what has already been achieved here :) Keep at it, i would love to see more slayers and weapons.

It's very unbalanced, the flame wall is insanely overpowered and the only reason that i die is because enemies are almost constantly spawning directly behind me. PLEASE make it so that they have to spawn farther away from the player because that's some bullshit

This game is a lot of fun. I really like the core gameplay and being able to equip different weapons for each character is really cool as well. I hope more cool weapons get added. I feel like there's a lot of potential in that. I think my only complaint is that the greatsword feels like it has the range of a shortsword. The fire staff just seems way better, because you have to get way too close with the greatsword.

Just playing it right now I really love how the gameplay feels and how you can craft your build between slayer talents and weapon talents it feels very enjoyable and rewarding to make something really powerful. If I'm having this much fun with it as it is right now I'm really looking forward to how its going to be once it has more slayers and more weapons as well as enemies!

I honestly love the concept, the idea of "choose character, choose a weapon" then mix and match talents from both to create builds is sick. I had a lot of fun with it in its current state. I'm interested to see what else you do with the idea, but one critique I have is that I kept running into a pretty unfun problem of enemies spawning directly behind me whenever I turned around to face the horde, which resulted in many deaths before I figured out a strat. I noticed that enemies seem to spawn about near the edges of the arena, however I think it would be a good idea for this to add fixed enemy spawn points, and so there is a degree of predictability on where enemies will be pooling from. This I feel would also add some unique ways to make certain maps more difficult or easy purely based off of "fixed spawn points" being map based.

Plenty of fun., I like the gameplay loop. I think I would enjoy the upgrades more if they were like items or artifacts with images. This also helps more quickly grasp which is which.
