Properties

EnableMotor	Whether the hinge's angular motor is enabled.
EnableTwistLimit	Whether the hinge enforces a twist angle limit.
MaxTorque	Maximum torque the motor may apply.
TargetVelocity	Target angular velocity for the motor.
TwistLimit	The minimum and maximum allowed twist angles (degrees).
