This simplistic conquest game just scratches an itch in my brain. It's easy to learn and addicting. I think the AI could be tweaked to be a bit more challenging, as I can win almost every game I play now on highest difficulty, and there could be a couple of QoL improvements as far as ease of upgrading your buildings. However, I've gotten several hours of enjoyment out of it and am very glad I found it!

It takes ALOT from similar games but does what it aims for well.

This game is a lot like Risk. I did not expect it to be so addicting. It's probably top 5 S&Box games imo. I really enjoyed it. It's simple and easy to learn, too. I would recommend the developer (1) add more buildings and (2) change the AI behavior around your own army size. I figured out how to make the AI not attack me on accident and it's based on how it views your population. I haven't lost a game since.

Hegemon is a good game. You should try it. Works well solo/multiplayer. Awaiting so more tech in future updates.
