It has been 35 days since the last state of alpha. In that time DXRP has been consistently improved and played by thousands.

There has been various QoL improvements and the dedicated server is working a treat.

The new map has been released and TT are currently working on a more compact one for lower-population servers.

Although s&box is player base is dwindling (from the popular youtuber boost), development of DXRP will continue and we're releasing drugs, atms, and more this Saturday.

Alongside this, we currently have 2 competitions:

First to 50k Competition

The first person to reach $50,000 in-game currency after the Saturday wipe will receive a $25 USD Steam gift card. Competition begins immediately following the server update.

Dupe Competition
We are currently running a week-long $25 USD Steam gift card competition for the best dupe. Full guidelines & submission can be found on the discord below.

This is to give back to the players we've accumulated and have some fun. In future, I'd like to do more.

Duplicator

We've released the duplicator tool that lets you persist and save your creations (like Adv Dupe 2).

It works similarly and saves to your file system.

Everyone is able to use it (but it's slower for non-trusted+ players)

Wanted

You can now make players wanted (via tab menu player list) as a police officer.

Trusted Players

We've given trusted to a bunch of reputable (or no life) players, they have higher building limits, and able to kick players (when no staff are on)

This helps provide more coverage and order in the server.

Color Tool

You can now apply any color to props (as a tint) or override the entire color.

Pockets

Players can now store 3 items in their pockets (right click with hands), this will drop on death, job change or DC.

You can only pocket printers, shipments, guns and a few other things.

ATMs ( and wallet)

A player now has two different accounts, their wallet (on their persons) and their bank.

Whatever they have in their wallet will be dropped when they die, job change or DC.

This change is subject to tweaking and will see how it's perceived. This change encourages players to engage more actively with the world instead of hiding and printing money.

All entity purchases are taken straight from your bank account.

Sitting

Sitting is now pushed out and complete.

Press Alt + E to sit anywhere permitted.

Material Tool

You can now apply approved materials to any prop

Printer Tweaks

Printers will now smoke and then explode between 3-6s.

Printers of disconnected players will remain for 30m before decaying.

Printers (in the new economy) have a much better break-even point, and are much more passive and less economically ruining if you get raided.

Pizza

Cooks can now spawn a pizza which grant players armor.

This is just temp till we add actual gameplay for them (via a cooking station with ingredients)

DXplore

I have taken the RP out of DXRP and released DXplore which you can play with your friends in your own lobbies on any map, with any cloud model.

It's updated alongside DXRP (It is DXRP, just configured differently)

Upcoming Economy Adjustments

Subject to change but these are the current values.

The goal is to make money hard to get while not limiting the core gameplay.

Printers are less risk, less reward so other money making methods can surpass it. Printers should complement not supplement.

Drugs

Drugs will be dropping with the Saturday update.

It will be weed for now and will expand to more advanced ones later.
