Editor/UpgradedShaderGraph/Core/ParameterNode.cs

Editor shader graph parameter node definitions. Declares IParameterNode and ITextureParameterNode interfaces and a generic ParameterNode<T> class that stores a typed parameter value, UI metadata, name and attribute flags, provides getters/setters, default/range helpers, compiler component output, and a duplicate-name error check for the graph.
