SboxSuperuser/Components/CompatibilityProbe.Chat.cs
A partial component class implementing IChatEvent that forwards chat messages to a compatibility probe. When the probe is allowed to run and is the active probe, it calls ProbeChat.Observe with the incoming chat message.
