SboxSuperuser/Core/Commands/CommandRootName.cs
Validation helper for command root names. It checks a string is 1-32 characters, starts with a lowercase letter, contains only lowercase letters, digits or underscore, and rejects reserved names "superuser" and "superuser_request".
