A handler signature verifier for command methods with seven generic parameters. It validates a MethodDescription by attempting to create a closed delegate of either Func<T1,...,T7, CommandResult> or Func<T1,...,T7, Task<CommandResult>> depending on the method return type, without invoking the delegate.
