SboxSuperuser/Engine/Authority/HostPolicyService.Admin.cs
A partial class method for HostPolicyService that returns role labels for a given Steam ID. If the ID is the owner it returns ["owner"], otherwise it queries the resolver's policy for applicable groups and returns them as an array.
